1. The 60-Day Evaluation Window
Every customer who orders SodaPeak through esodapeak.com is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. The evaluation window commences on the date your delivery carrier confirms physical receipt of the package at your shipping destination.
2. Recommended Evaluation Period
Botanical adaptogens require steady physiological accumulation. We encourage all users to maintain consistent daily usage for at least 30 days before assessing overall efficacy. However, your refund eligibility remains active throughout the full 60-day period.
3. Initiating a Return (RMA Requirement)
Prior to shipping any parcel back to our facilities, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code by emailing [email protected]. Unsolicited parcels received without an active RMA number cannot be routed to individual account records.
4. What Is Refunded
Upon return verification of your bottles (whether empty, partially consumed, or fully sealed), 100% of the purchase price paid for the returned package will be credited to your original payment card within 3 to 5 business days. Return shipping postage is the responsibility of the customer.
